More healing thoughts for lovely Fudge

Post by Glenys »

Yesterdays Update from Katie ( coordinator ) at our Cumbria rescue Kennels :

Update on fudge.

Hes doing ok His pads are very soft from never being exercised so we are building up slowly.
Good news is the medication is working no more parasites ! he is not scratching but he does have lots sores and scratches which he must have done while he was desperately trying to stop itching.
He is also having special baths to ease his recovery too.
He hasn't been socialised properly so the world is a strange place for him at the moment but he is dealing with it ok his ears are still inflamed so were keeping an eye on those.
Because he spent time in a shed we are building his excersise slowly he was amazed when he saw actual grass .
Long road to recovery for fudge and he will be with me till were happy his medical conditions are under control.
So baby steps for lovely Fudge whose life has just begun baby steps all the way ....

Katie
