Helping Lucy

Post by Glenys »

We are about to step in today to help an incontinent Labrador
But I also want to touch on the using of cages / crates .
I can’t count the times I’ve taken calls and been told he / she are crate trained .
We have one in our kitchen and our youngster sleeps in it mainly because it keeps him safe but for many dogs they spend too much time in them for instance all day while owners at work then let out then all night after so I’m not surprised there are urinary problems
Dogs are basically clean not wanting to lie in their own mess so will hold on imagine us not able to go when needed.
We have had cases before
So to my first comment reading between the lines we feel this lab needs all the resources we can afford give her to help her lead a normal life firstly a vet check and meds then see how she goes and possibly a referral to a specialist we will update her Story soon
Wish her well and keep posts positive please no one is to blame in this girls case her owners have loved her and sought help
We answered the call xxx

Her name is Lucy and she is beautiful , a good girl too with a little cat friend.

Our team is Glenys Gina Katie and Lisa xxx
