Thanks for the update Anna. I always enjoy reading them. What with guinea pig watching and fly catching, how did you manage time to chase bubbles. Hope the itchy problem is sorted out with a personal vaccine. We always knew you were special. :love5:

Hi Absdoodle,
If Lud chases and catches one he often eats it all up but if Mum has shot it he brings it straight back and gives it to her. You wouldn't catch me eating a whole one with fur and everything - a Princess like me likes it minced up and with a handful of biscuits in a bowl!

Anna it sound like you have some very important jobs to do now. Don`t know if I could take the rabbit back without first having a nibble. We were sorry to hear that you skin has been sore again, but hopefully the vet will be able to help you for next year when the pollen is around. We could do with your help to show us how to catch the flies as they scare me and keep dancing around me.
We love to read about the good times you have and love the pictures, you look like you are enjoying yourselves in the sea.

Great update Anna, You sound as though you are having a brilliant time :thumbright: Reuben thinks you are so lucky being allowed to go on guinea pig watch. He tried to get a look at the guinea pigs at Pets at Home a few months ago but had to be dragged away by his Dad when he started to get a bit too excited :2073:

Hope you manage to sort out your skin problem .

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update to remind you - it was my Anna-versary on Friday! Yes, that's right, I have been with my new family for a whole year now! I was going to post this on Friday but Mum had to deal with a member of staff at the time I wanted her computer so I have only managed to get her to post it today.

So . . . a whole year (and two days) on. Mum says it feels more like 10 years and that I am aging her prematurely (whatever that means) but I know she wouldn't be without me really.
I got some Anna-versary presents which I wasn't expecting but Mum said the others get birthday presents but I am going to have my birthday equivalent from when I first came home. My presents included a jumbabone which I had for breakfast (the others had one too) a tin of salmon which made a nice starter to my tea and a massive dinosaur toe bone which I am still working my way through. Best of all, I got a pink bone shaped sparkly collar charm! Obviously the Evil Hairy One sniggered like mad when he saw it but even if he had one, nobody would see it as it would be hidden in his massive fleece! Mum says she hasn't got any other little girls to give presents like this to as the boys wouldn't appreciate them so I'm glad I'm here for her to spoil.

I have other news for you - I went for my allergy test with the allergy specialist and guess what I am allergic to . . . . NETTLE POLLEN!!!!! The specialist said she had never seen such a huge reaction ever! Mum and the specialist talked for hours (I lay under the table in the end as I got a bit bored) but the result is that I am going to have my own personal nettle pollen vaccine made and have immunotherapy with it! Sounds a bit complicated but if it works it's worth it. There were a few other things like dandelions that I had a mild sensitivity to as well so they will be included in the vaccine as well. It's being made in Holland and sent all the way over here, just for little me! That just shows how much Mum thinks of me! She did point out that my non existent bank balance would be in deficit for probably the rest of my life unless I work really hard at picking up for her now it is shooting season! Well, I don't mind doing that at all, in fact I love doing it. So everything's all right there!

Must go now, this was only a quickie update!

Catch you later
