Unfortunately, despite receiving the best possible care, one of Gracies pups died this morning. Unfortunately one of those things that can happen, especially with a large litter -

So sorry to hear this - my heart goes out to you all. I know this is a very common with large litters but it doesn't make it any easier.

Thinking of you all today.

How very sad, after getting through the birth and a lovely life ahead. Must be upsetting for those of you who are seeing them on a daily basis.

My Mick's mum had ten pups, but she lost two of those, so sometimes it's inevitable.
Mick (my "blondie" Lab) 2nd February 2009 aged 15
Benji (my Collie) 14th September 2010 aged 14½
Bruce (my "blackie" Lab) 8th March 2015 aged 13 (rough guess)
Sam (my "blackie" Lab) 27th April 2015 aged 13

Always with me, xx

This is so very sad, there are lots of our older doggies who are already at the bridge including my Simba, who will be sure to look after this little one.

Run free baby boy/girl
