Thank you for your kind words everyone its certainly been a tough year all round whilst we know our dogs are old losing them is always too soon.
Pat was our default dog as we would have never looked to get a pug On the day I went with Gareth to collect HIS Pug I thought she will sleep on the way back she didn't she sat up all the way looking at everything she was Bossy from day one Miss bolshie but lovable then Gareth left and Pat stayed with us .
Nell and Betty were young then and we had Ned all young dogs happy to play then sadly Ned passed away he was only four then we got Gollie a while later we called him our crossover dog as he was being born when Neddy passed away we think their souls met somewhere and had good bits from both dogs making him the perfect dog.
Who would have thought Gollie would go first ?.
The pain of loss no one can explain I think we grieve for our dogs because they give unconditional love.
The pack changes when a dog dies we have Bear and Betty but Betty is now the boss but Bear has taken to lying by my feet when I'm on the computer like Pat did we are really raw at the moment four beds in each room and two more dogs are missing .
Night Night we will all meet again xxx
Nell
Pat
Gollie
