Re: The Story of Sam
In that photo Sam looks like an unfurry version of my Seamus. How lovely he is.
Seamus has come on with a slight skin condition but upon changing his food upon recommendation from our vet and, as you said Glenys, taking him to the sea etc as often as we can in addition to an evening primrose spray, his coat has improved no end.
You could certainly certainly while away your days as his companion Sam.

Oh my word, what a gorgeous boy . He is definitely in the right place now.
You are so fortunate to have a vet who is willing to carry out all the tests required to get to the bottom of the skin problems and hopefully give this boy relief from the discomfort.

He is stunning
Hopefully the root of his problems will be sorted out and be well controlled and then he can be placed in a new loving forever home.

Re: The Story of Sam
We met Sam today and took him out for a run around Worden Park in Leyland, he is a beautiful affectionate boy who is very well behaved. He seemed to stop and look with ears up when he heard children's voices, it made me think that maybe he is missing the family he has come from which was quite sad.
He certainly enjoyed himself though and enjoyed throwing his muddy paws round my waist to give me lots of hugs in the park.
I dare say I would say this about all the dogs at MKF but I really would have loved to take him home with me. He is absolutely gorgeous, and he is going to make a very loving and loyal companion, his new family are going to be very lucky.

Re: The Story of Sam
Everyone who meets this boy falls in love with him, we will hopefully know more when the results of the Yorktest come back they can take up to 2 weeks though, then hopefully we will know which road we are going down. It is the least we can do for this lad....
