Scooby is drinking 1 litre water a day

We have noticed scoobs is drinking a litre of water a day,he is 12 and a half , he is eating and drinking normally, is ok overnight and can go 10 hours without needing to go out , he is on apoquel for allergies plus gabapentin and onisor for his arthritis. Any thoughts ?.
