We are very lucky to have Karen and Neil fostering Anna for us, but please remember she does need a permanant home, sadly I think her skin condition is putting people off, but she isnt contagious to other dogs, and we do feel she would love to be with other dogs,as she loves company.
Anna is going back to the vets on Friday so hopefully we will know more then.....

We are currently waiting for the go ahead from our landlord with regards to having a dog living with us, I'm hoping it is going to be in the next few days.

We don't have another dog, would this discount us from being considered to re-home Anna?

My partner did mention he has been thinking about her and so hopefully when we get the go ahead from the landlord we can talk about it again.

We have met Anna at MKF when we walked Sam (the now-essex boy). She came skidding over to me, threw her front poors around my waist and jumped up and down tossing her bit of hide around, I think she wanted to play hehehe. She is gorgeous and I instantly liked her loving personality.

As I said earlier I am pinning all my hopes on hearing a YES from our landlord in the next few days. So fingers crossed.

Course not Jenny, its just that her previous owner worked 12 hr shifts, and she was on her own all this time, so we wouldnt want her to be left for long periods, or not at all if possible. She just loves people and wants to be with you, another dog would give her the confidence she needs, and the company too, of her own kind to play with.

I'm struggling to be patient in waiting for this response from the landlord.

Got a horrible feeling it's all going to go terribly wrong.

Fingers, Toes, Eyes and everything crossed though, our inspection from the letting agent went fantastically yesterday, page full of big ticks :-).

How can they say no??!! lol

Anna is going to the vets later today, so I will keep you all updated.

I also might put some more pictures on too.

Hope all goes well at the vets, we had an update from the letting agents today.

It is looking promising, we are likely to require additional property management visits if the landlord goes ahead and agrees to let us have a dog (inspections to me and you) and these will cost us an additional £25 per visit. So I have asked the question, how many additional ones on top of the 3 a year we already have will the home owner be wanting.

I don't mind paying for a couple more. The three we already have were included in our administration fees at the beginning of the tenancy.

Fingers crossed I will know either way very soon.

(I'm slightly excited and hope I'm not disappointed)

LOL You would think so, although unfortunately not :1962:

Just a bog standard two up two down end of terrace in the sunny land of Preston.

Fingers crossed though eh, I'll jump through the hoops of brightly coloured red tape if it means I can have a doggy jumping with me LOL :1966: How poetic, gees can't you tell I need to go home. (Still at work) :1962:
