Just got back from a long weekend in Littondale. Our first holiday with Alfie

He was such a good boy and he had a wonderful time.


Thought he was fishing, but he came up with a huge stone!!!

Oh he is just gorgeous I had a Rottie that used to put his head right under the water and bring out large stones, he would spend all day doing it, never quite worked out what he was trying to do!

Looks like you all had a great holiday, have to say I love holidaying in this country with the dogs.

Thank you for all the lovely comments. It was so nice to see hiim just being a fun loving labrador after all he has been through since we got him.

As you can see, the tail is healing well although the hair is growing beautifully underneath his tail, but seems to be much slower on the top.

Don't think Alfie cares though!
