Little Max's - 4th Gotcha

Hi Everyone,
We can't believe it's 4 years today that we joined the failed foster club and made our special boy an official part of our family. As most of you know Max was in a very poor condition when he was brought to MKF not only was his coat a mess you could see and count every bone in his little body and yet despite all of this he had so much love to give. We don't think he had ever had a toy in his life as he didn't know what to do with them but thanks to his Bruvs Milo & Zak he soon learnt how to play and enjoy life.
Unfortunately, due to not having been looked after properly from a puppy Little Max developed IBD which took some time to get under control but with the help from our vet and specialist we eventually got there. Then he gave us the biggest scare of our lives when his tummy telescoped and had to have major surgery which was touch and go but no way was my little fighter going to leave his family that love him so much. As you know his tummy did it again a few weeks ago but luckily this time it unravelled itself.
Little Max is now having to have a course of B12 injections as bloods done when he was at N/W Surgeons showed his level was low but again they think it could be still due to his tummy settling from the Op. He's having weekly ones for 4 Weeks then he will have one a month for two months then bloods redone and if levels have returned to normal he'll just have to have blood done every 6 moths if not he'll have to have a further course of injections.
Despite everything our precious boy has been through he's so happy and loves everyone he meets as they do him. He's doing ok and looking really good and all we can hope is that he can now have a healthy life. Little Max has brought so much joy and love into our lives and we would' nt be without him for the world.
Here's wishing you many many more Happy Gotcha's Special boy.
Love Mummy Daddy Milo & Zak xxxx
