Hi Alfie here,
Just a little up date, I has lost 2.5kilos, the vet is very pleased I am going in the right direction. still a little stiff when i get up to go for a walk, but not as bad and once I get going there is no stopping me. In total I have lost 3 balls but found 4 lol. xxxx

Good news to
Mum Julie is doing the London & Edinburgh Moonwalk for Breast Cancer yes 26.2 miles in her bra at night, I get to go on the training walks they are fabulous, NO BALLS allowed strictly walking so far I have walked 3x7 miles in 1hour 30 mins Bella comes too and Dad and walking partner Leonie, But when they do the really long ones Bella & I have to walk with Dad and he takes us home, but in time I am sure I will be able to keep up with mum & Leonie.

Sunday's are special days we go out for the full day on long walks in the Derbyshire Peeks, Yorkshire Dales or the Beach with my new friends Oscar, Toby, they are pointers and Wilf & Floyd Chocolate Labs they are all a lot younger than me as I will be 8 years old in February, but I can keep up with them
