Labrador Rescue

Well, Archie (was Snoopy) has been with us since Saturday afternoon and is an absolute darling. He has settled so well, especially as he is only 6 months old. Just a couple of accidents in the house on Saturday when we got home and since then he has been following Lexi, our other rescue lab, out into the garden. He may be bigger than her, but she is going to be the boss I think. She is a bit of a tease, she drops toys at his feet, only to snatch it back and then the fun starts! He has a nice new bed, which she quite likes too! Its only been 4 days, but it feels like he has always been here. we are really looking forward to taking them to The Gower for a week over New Year. We took Lexi there in the summer and she loved it.

Brilliant news so glad they are getting on so well. In our family the girls have always been the boss and the boys have just accepted it. Hope we can look forward to pics of the happy couple.

So pleased Archie has settled so well. I'm sure a lot of us on this site can agree that a few day can seem so long and can't remember what life was like without their new friend....(though I seem to remember it being QUIET and ORDERED)
