Luckys first 24 hours at the Smith household :)

Post by EmilyandSammy »

Lucky has settled in nicely  She went on her first walk with us,really enjoyed it and was very confident in the fields, even had a little run! She slowly is getting used to her new home, she bumps into some pieces of furniture but we did expect that! Buddie and Lucky are devolping a good friendship :love6: although she is so good she just fits around him, he is so used to being a spoilt boy! When they first met, buds was being a bit silly running around her in circles. However, to our surprise, she gave him a little telling off and he became bottom of the pack once again! Lucky is a beautiful girl we can't believe the change in her character since we saw her a few weeks a go. Thanks to Ky and co for all the help and advice, right down to the big pink bowl to help her see her food! Really surprised how well she has settled in, she is such a brave girl. :love2:

A few pictures below, more to follow when the weather is better. We love Lucky to pieces and promise to look after this special girl and carry on the good work that Ky and co have done. :love5: See you all soon on the Lab walk!

Thanks for the lovely piccys and update. They look fabulous together :love6: You will be rewarded a thousand times over once she gets her paws under the table. Buddie has been so kind to her as well, I can see a true friendship growing there. I hope you all enjoy a long and happy life together. Thanks for sharing. :love5:

What beautiful pictures. They make an a very handsome couple. Lovely to see that Lucky and Buddie have a young human to play with them too! It appears Lucky will finally have the life to match her name.

Well done.

Awww!!! I love Lucky. She is the most adorable girl I have ever met. :love2: So gentle and sweet. I am so glad she was rescued. It doesn't bear thinking what could have happened to her......

She is a very lucky girl indeed! Thank you kind family for adopting her. I met her quite a lot as we live just round the corner and I must say she developed so much more confidence while staying at Ky's with all her pack. :thumbright:

BTW....is her bed pink too! :love2:

Lucky seems to be living up to her name, she looks as if she's landed herself a lovely new home and family.
