Lyla, the remembrance puppy...

Post by zanderah »

Hello everyone, :hello2:
I am Lyla the puppy that got a new home last Sunday (Remembrance Sunday)
Katheryn handed me to my new mum at Glenys's back door and she got her first face lick.
I am now known as Coco Chanel Diva Dog!! Well...Coco for short, original eh?
I came back home to ****** in the back of the car in mums arms, I wasn't sick or anything..it was interesting

I ran around my new house..well some of the rooms, others I wasn't allowed in, but maybe I will get to go in them soon.I found my bed area and of course my dining area. I enjoyed playing with my toys, and ....I peed everywhere, all done on "the run" as I like to leave streams rather than puddles.
mum said I have been good every night, sleeping in my crate but with the door open, I really get distressed when its closed.

Potty training started intensively, 15 min intervals, my mum and dad keep taking me outside, brrr it is a bit chilly on the peachy bum.Day 5 today and only 2 "streams" in the house...It wasn't on purpose( not holding It yet at night of course) ...Mum says I am such a clever girl. I know my name now and will sit on command, if only to rest!!. Chasing the football in the garden..fantastico
I like mum to be close and chose her foot for my pillow, I know it makes her feel special. :love2:

We have been out in the car a couple more times and we have met Bob and Edna the neighbours who have a never ending supply of doggy biscuits.

I am sleeping on Simpson's cushion and using his bowls and I like squashing into Winkie the (ex) cat's bed in the kitchen when I watch mum..so shes doing her bit for recycling.

We are off to meet the vet on Monday for a booster, and a discussion about my passport so I can go off in Harry Hymer the motor van on my travels.

Yap Yap for now love Coco xxxx :2367:

PS mum says to tell you that she cant hear the TV because of my snoring, but dad says I'm only the same as mum.....

PPS I will send you my photo shoot soon x

Well Coco, you have joined the other very talented dogs on here, posting your own update - and what a good one too :thumbright:

Glad you have settled in your new forever home. Don't forget, you are still a baby, and babies leave streamers sometimes :1956: You will soon grow out of it. You seem to have Bob and Edna, your neighbours trained already :1944:

Scarisbrick is a lovely place to live, with loads of great walks and as for Harry Hymer, the motor van, it sounds like you certainly have loads to look forward to. Hope your mum soon gets the hang of posting piccys, we'd all love to see them.

Thanks for the update Coco, and tell your new mum and dad thank you for giving you your new forever home. :love5:

Have fun.....................you certainly sound like you will. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
