After waiting awhile, and being too slow off the mark for some lovely puppy dogs, we have finally been blessed with Poppy (was Zuita - Polish name). It's only day 4 but she's settling in really well - apart from a bit of early days clinginess that seems to be passing steadily already; we've even had 2 nights running of quietness
(perhaps lulling us into a false sense of security!!)! We've already been on a little walk in 'The Trough of Bowland'; also to 'Beacon Fell Country Park' (today) where it was absolutely pouring down with rain but we all had a great time splashing in the streams!!She is a dreamboat with big brown eyes
and a silky coat (which is currently shedding all over the house and garden - a new hoover is in order; and a FURminator! 
).I don't know how to add pics so if someone can tell me then I'll have a go (I've got plenty already!)!!!
We're all really looking forward to meeting everyone at Funday!
It is a bit of a fiddle but well worth the effort and once you've posted the first set of pics it's like riding a bike..
