Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room on each side.
With a 2.5kg potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out to the sides and hold them there for as long as you can, try to hold it for a full minute and then relax.
Each day you should find that you are able to hold this position a little longer than the day before.
After a couple of weeks move up to 5kg potato bags, then when comfortable to 25kg potato bags, you can then eventually try to go to 50kg potato bags in each hand and hold them there for more than the full minute (I am at this level).
After you feel fully confident at this level, you should try putting a potato in each of the bags......
