I have my 2 gorgeous babes now - Benson (previously Benn) who was adopted from Glenys March 2007 and Ruby (perviously Becky) again from Glenys in May of this year.
Ruby - her first day with us

Benson in Glenys garden just before he came to his forever home

Both dogs are doing fabulously although admittedly Benson could so with shedding a couple of pounds
Benson is now 3 and little Rubys turned 1 on November 16th. They have bcome inseperable and get on like a little married couple with Ruby of course being the BOSS.
We holidayed up in Scotland as there was no way I could have put my little Rubes in kennels when she had just been with us a few months - they loved it! A little cabin and loads of walks - doggie heaven!

We also had out trips to the beach over the summer

And the NESSR event was held over the road from where we live so we had a great time there - even tried out the mini agility - not sure who took who around (it's Ruby and me in the pic - if you can make us out)

So a fab summer was had by all.
Poor little Ruby did have a little accident a couple of months back (it was more traumatic for me than her!) as she cut her paw and had to have an op and a bandage - ahhhhh

It took the vet nurse about 15 minutes to get the bandage on wriggly Ruby but of course only 60 seconds for Ruby to take off again! She's all fine now
We are looking forward to Christmas now and we have a blue stocking for Benson and a red stocking for Ruby with lots of new toys and of course some not so good for waist line treats.
I just want to finish with a big Merry Christmas to all and a big thank you for Glenys as without her I don't know where my 2 gorgeous darlings would be now.
:merrychristmas
Love from Nic, Ruby and Benson
