Just a quick note to let you know how Molly is doing since we brought her home last Monday. She had a good journey, sleeping for most of the four hours.
One of the first things we did on reaching home was to change her name as she did not respond to her own! So now she is called Bunty and seems very happy with it.
She has settled in beautifully, taking all her cues from her new 'big sister' and best friend Biba (who is 21 months old). Bunty is enjoying living in the country and has met a flock of sheep, two huge horses, flocks of Whooper swans, pheasants etc and loves wading through the mud, coming home for a rub-down, a nice dinner and an evening infront of the fire.
We really cannot believe she has been with us for less than a week - she is such a sweetie and we are so pleased she is here.
I shall write more later, but in the meanwhile a huge thankyou to Glenys, Kathryn and everyone at Lab Rescue, you do a fantastic job.
Have a good Christmas and a successful 2009!
