Bonnie & Bella update

Post by tosca100 »

Hi Everyone

I am sorry if we have starting boring you, but we have had major breakthroughs today in many ways with our girls.

Last night Bella slept from 9.30pm – 4am in her own mini pad and did not have any accidents. Took her straight out into the garden where she performed. So excited in pleasing us she came straight back in and wee’d on the floor (bless her).

Bonnie is slowly coming round and me (Dave) Bonnie and Bella had major games on the kitchen floor. Well mainly Bonnie and me with Bella interacting, mainly to get Bonnie to relax a little more.

Then Bella went to the vets for a check up and her first vaccination. Also got some wormer for her and Bonnie as well. Needless to say she melted the hearts of all of them over there.

As a reward both Bonnie and Bella got a kong.

Bella is now getting the hang of it.

We also got Bella a new collar (XX small and at the smallest fitting) she still needs to grow into it.

Then Eureka the barriers seen to have been broken (well at least this is how they were until I came to put the pics on the forum) whereupon Bonnie went onto the sofa to get her hugs from Sara. Well she deserves it.

Total contentment I think...

Pretty amazing that she only arrived Saturday afternoon.

Thanks to Glenys and the rescue team for enabling us to provide Bella the forever home she so deserves and enabling us to enrich ours and Bonnie’s lives further.

Awwww!!!! What a lovely lot of pictures. I love the ones of her snuggled up to Bonnie she must feel such comfort from having a warm dog to cuddle up to. What a difference to her life in such a short time. She is a darling girl. So is Bonnie! :1945: :1945: :1945:

Great photos. You must be very proud of your girls. Bella looks like a little bundle of fun and so cute and snug beside her lovely big sister. Looking forward to more progress reports and pictures of the two of them.
