Wow! They love the water.

My Buds doesn't really like it yet. He has only had one swim - when he fell through some pond weed in a canal. Even though he goes to the beach a lot he runs away from the waves - even if they are gentle. I would love to see him enjoying himself like your two.

I must admit Lynne, Molly didn't swim at first, she had no confindence whatsoever. It took me about 6 months to build her confindence and this I did by letting her swim in a small river with a deep pool in it. I think the secret is, don't push it, let them do it in there own time. As you can see, there's no stopping her now. It is worth the wait though, once Buds gets his confidence, there will be no stopping him. It might pay you to get him together with another dog (not necessarily like the mad Jaz)

to play in the water with.
