Re: dark mornings!
that conjurs up a wonderful image! I'm up about 6am EVERY morning whether at work or not, but don't take Oscar out till 7.30 ish. I'm afraid I'm not brave enough to head over the fields round us until its started to get light - which means I get to see the wildlife as well. Waterproof trousers are going to be on my Christmas list, and I've already asked hubbie if he can get me a new pair of walking boots (hate walking in wellies!). Helen

Mere child's play. Try dark fields, 2 labs that are never moving in the same direction, an arthritic deaf springer and a black rat who's scared of the dark. My tempers fraid before it gets to 6am

Torch here and a visiglow collar for Poppy at night and in the mornings too - it works - can see her coming.

6 am starts for me and Coco too! Too scared to venture on the fields on my own at that time so I stick to the public footpaths and street pounding, bags in pocket, and leave the off road stuff for David in the evening!

Oh no, please don't mention the S word. The year before last I had to be towed out of the field twice by the farmer because I was adamant I was not going to be a feeble female driver scared of a bit of snow
Needless to say i have never ever heard the end of it!

forcast for this winter is supposed to be worse than last year!ok for the dogs but my horses never got out of our field for weeks because of the ice.this year i,ve had their shoes taken off and am not going to clip them till after chritsmas so at the moment they are very hairy, very muddy but very happy!!
