Just got back from Formby beach about half an hour ago. Pol is flaked out and snoring. I feel like flaking out too as those sand dunes don't half take it out of you. The sand is so soft it really is tiring to climb up still she who must be obeyed enjoyed it.
She met up with a spaniel and a collie and all three of them had a good run over the beach.
Sun, sand, water and dogs enjoying themselves. Heaven

What a great day out she's had! I must say that the waves were a great deal choppier than the ones we encountered at Conwy today.  :D

Went to Delamere forest with her on Thursday. It was a glorious day everything an autumn day should be as shown in the first picture.

Then it became a more traditional walk with my little darling. I've said it before and I'll say it again. It's like taking a bloody otter for a walk.

Do you see a pattern emerging? :?

and then I see why I love her so much and all the mud and water in the world won't change that. She poses.

Gorgeous pictures Bob, she really is a stunning girl. Labs and mud and water.....well they wouldn't be Labs if they didn't get into every watering hole :D It does have it advantages at least you can rinse them in the stream/river on wet muddy days while everyone else has to go home with muddy dogs!
