Hello again, Dave here.

Good points and bad points ref: Alfie.

He now walks on his lead and doesn't pull :1945:
He now walks off his lead and comes back when called :1941:
(I tried the trick of walking away from him and hiding behind the seawall It wasn't long before he came running lol). :1968:
He is very good indoors.
He has a very friendly lovable adorable nature and is everyones Pal. :1973:

Naughty points.

He has chewed a hosepipe into three pieces :2008:
He has chewed the tv remote control :2008:
He ate 15 pastry cakes, Angela my daughter is at catering college it was part of her coursework), She did them again. :2050:

We love him to bits. We have allways had Dogs in our families as far back as we can remember. He is definitely our Pal and we wouldn't be without him. he's Priceless

Love the update and pics. Think Alfie has settled in really quickly. So glad you all love him to bits, life would be so boring without a Lab causing chaos! Thats why I have 3! :1941: :1945:

Lovely photos! What's he like with the laminate flooring? I have laminate in the living room with a centre rug and Bailey hates walking on the hard part of the floor... he stands on the rug wimpering because he has to cross 3 foot of it to access the kitchen. The more scared he gets that he'll slip, the more his claws come out which has the exact effect he doesn't want. I have to stand in the kitchen doorway coaxing him with open arms like you would when teaching a baby to walk!
